一、一體化凈水器設備介紹
一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)凈(jing)(jing)水(shui)(shui)器(qi)就(jiu)(jiu)是(shi)集絮凝,沉淀,排污(wu),反沖洗,集水(shui)(shui)過濾(lv)等工藝(yi)中(zhong)的(de)精華(hua)之(zhi)大成(cheng),不(bu)需要(yao)人員操作就(jiu)(jiu)能(neng)夠達到(dao)單體(ti)全(quan)自(zi)動運行(xing)的(de)系列凈(jing)(jing)水(shui)(shui)裝置(zhi)(zhi),一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)凈(jing)(jing)水(shui)(shui)器(qi)是(shi)實現水(shui)(shui)廠自(zi)動化(hua)管理的(de)重要(yao)單元,再配以公司(si)生產的(de)JY型自(zi)動加(jia)藥裝置(zhi)(zhi)及消(xiao)毒設(she)備,就(jiu)(jiu)可以成(cheng)為一(yi)個具有全(quan)套(tao)功能(neng)的(de)凈(jing)(jing)水(shui)(shui)站或者凈(jing)(jing)水(shui)(shui)廠。
二(er)、一(yi)體化凈(jing)水器設備兩大系統
1、快速斜管沉淀器
快(kuai)速斜(xie)管(guan)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是在(zai)(zai)(zai)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)(de)平(ping)流(liu)(liu)式沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)基礎上改(gai)進(jin)而成的(de)(de),在(zai)(zai)(zai)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)內設(she)(she)置了(le)斜(xie)管(guan),增(zeng)加了(le)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)面(mian)積,因此斜(xie)管(guan)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)效(xiao)率(lv)得到(dao)大(da)大(da)提高(gao)。使(shi)同(tong)(tong)等面(mian)積的(de)(de)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)增(zeng)加了(le)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)量,換言(yan)之,在(zai)(zai)(zai)處(chu)理(li)同(tong)(tong)等水(shui)量的(de)(de)前提下,可縮(suo)小設(she)(she)備(或裝置)的(de)(de)體(ti)積,減少設(she)(she)備投(tou)資。增(zeng)加了(le)斜(xie)管(guan)縮(suo)小設(she)(she)備體(ti)積的(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)時(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)技(ji)術上還大(da)大(da)改(gai)善了(le)水(shui)力條件:斜(xie)管(guan)的(de)(de)管(guan)徑、間距足夠小時(shi),(一般(ban)在(zai)(zai)(zai)30mm左右),水(shui)流(liu)(liu)處(chu)于層流(liu)(liu)狀態,此時(shi)顆粒的(de)(de)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)降(jiang),不受水(shui)流(liu)(liu)干擾,提高(gao)了(le)一個(ge)混凝反(fan)應(ying)區(qu),原水(shui)進(jin)入(ru)后,先(xian)經混凝反(fan)應(ying)懸浮雜質絮凝成較大(da)顆粒,再(zai)進(jin)入(ru)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)區(qu),確保沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)果,由于設(she)(she)置了(le)反(fan)應(ying)區(qu),本設(she)(she)備的(de)(de)沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)比傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)(de)一體(ti)化(hua)凈水(shui)器(qi)混凝時(shi)間更(geng)長,沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)果更(geng)好,一般(ban)情況下進(jin)水(shui)濁(zhuo)度(du)(du)在(zai)(zai)(zai)1000ppm以內時(shi),沉(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)出(chu)(chu)水(shui)濁(zhuo)度(du)(du)已≤15ppm。
2、重力式自動反洗過濾器
本(ben)裝(zhuang)置設計(ji)為水(shui)力(li)自動反沖,其工作運行原理如下:
過(guo)濾時的(de)流(liu)程(cheng)是:經(jing)沉淀或澄清(qing)后的(de)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),經(jing)配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽、U型管(guan)(guan)進入虹吸上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)管(guan)(guan),再由頂蓋內的(de)布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)擋(dang)板均勻地布水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)于濾料層(ceng)中,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自上(shang)而下通(tong)過(guo)濾料層(ceng)過(guo)濾,過(guo)濾水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)從小阻力配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)系統進入集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區,即出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱儲存,當水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)時,過(guo)濾水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)就(jiu)流(liu)入清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池。
濾(lv)池(chi)剛投(tou)入運行時,濾(lv)料層較清潔,但當運行到一定(ding)(ding)時間之(zhi)(zhi)后由(you)于濾(lv)料層中(zhong)固(gu)體顆粒雜(za)質的(de)(de)逐(zhu)漸增多,因(yin)此水(shui)頭損(sun)(sun)失(shi)也隨之(zhi)(zhi)增加,水(shui)位(wei)就(jiu)沿著虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)管慢(man)慢(man)升(sheng)高,當水(shui)頭損(sun)(sun)失(shi)增大到一定(ding)(ding)程度之(zhi)(zhi)后,使虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)管中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)位(wei)升(sheng)高到虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)輔助管口急(ji)速流下(xia)(xia),依靠水(shui)流的(de)(de)挾氣(qi)和(he)引射(she)作用及抽氣(qi)管不(bu)斷帶走虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管中(zhong)的(de)(de)空氣(qi),使虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管形成真空,虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)管中(zhong)的(de)(de)水(shui)便大量地越過(guo)(guo)管頂(ding),沿虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)管落下(xia)(xia),這時,就(jiu)開始了反沖(chong)(chong)過(guo)(guo)程。沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)水(shui)箱(xiang)的(de)(de)水(shui)經過(guo)(guo)連(lian)桶管、集水(shui)區和(he)配(pei)水(shui)系統從下(xia)(xia)而上(shang)(shang)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)濾(lv)料層,沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)廢水(shui)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管流入排(pai)水(shui)井排(pai)出。在沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong),水(shui)箱(xiang)的(de)(de)水(shui)位(wei)逐(zhu)漸下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang),約(yue)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)5min左右,水(shui)箱(xiang)水(shui)位(wei)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang)(jiang)到虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)破壞(huai)器時,虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)即被(bei)破壞(huai),沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)過(guo)(guo)程就(jiu)此結束(shu),過(guo)(guo)濾(lv)又重(zhong)新開始。
設置本裝置,可省去了傳統機械反沖水泵,同時不需要抽取清水池的清水反沖用水,使整個系統因減少了反沖洗泵及相關的管道、閥門、管件而變得更為簡單,大大地減輕操作管理強度及設備設資。由于反沖是視濾層的堵塞程度而自動進行,減少了人為操作的失誤,整套裝置甚至可以在無人操作的狀態下行動。 由此可見,采用組合式自動一體化凈水裝置作為(wei)中小型自水廠的(de)凈(jing)化設(she)施有(you)很多其他設(she)備(bei)無可比(bi)擬的(de)優點。它的(de)采用(yong),將使整個(ge)處理系(xi)統(tong)變得更加簡單、方便和可靠。
三、一(yi)體化(hua)凈水器(qi)設備工作(zuo)原理
混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)池:投加混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)劑(ji)(ji)的原(yuan)水由(you)進水管進入混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)池內(nei),用特制的攪拌機(ji)攪動,使(shi)(shi)水中的懸浮物(wu)和(he)(he)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)劑(ji)(ji)充分接觸(chu)反(fan)應形成礬花(hua)。一般凈水裝置是采用渦(wo)流反(fan)應來使(shi)(shi)水和(he)(he)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)劑(ji)(ji)混(hun)(hun)和(he)(he),但效果受(shou)水量的變化(hua)而(er)不穩定。而(er)一體(ti)化(hua)凈水器凈水裝置用攪拌機(ji)混(hun)(hun)和(he)(he),是不會(hui)受(shou)到(dao)水量變化(hua)而(er)影(ying)響效果。
沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)室:水經(jing)(jing)過添加混凝劑混凝后(hou)形成礬花(hua),流到設(she)備的(de)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池內進行沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian),沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池采用斜管沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)法,經(jing)(jing)過梯形斜板沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)室沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)完成固液分(fen)離,沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)下來的(de)污泥排入泥斗。
過(guo)(guo)濾池(chi):經沉(chen)淀后的(de)(de)水流到(dao)過(guo)(guo)濾池(chi)過(guo)(guo)濾,濾池(chi)分(fen)為(wei)底部為(wei)布水管,中部為(wei)石(shi)英砂,上部為(wei)無煙(yan)煤的(de)(de)結構(gou)。過(guo)(guo)濾速度為(wei)10m/h,最(zui)后清(qing)水流到(dao)清(qing)水池(chi)內(nei)消(xiao)毒處理后飲(yin)用(yong)。過(guo)(guo)濾池(chi)反沖(chong)周(zhou)期為(wei)12小時左右,反沖(chong)時間為(wei)5-10分(fen)鐘(zhong)。
